Coming to the product. It does bleach and removes tan. Time of application also need to be as per recommendation. 10-12 mins ideal time. The strongest facial bleach I have ever used. My skin is not sensitive, so it works for me.
For people complaining about results not visible. They are doing it wrong. This is the original largely used bleach.
